Burner flame stability
The CFD study determined the behavior of a round flame, low NOx, down firing burner to be installed in a partial oxidation reactor to evaluate its pressure loss, flow distribution, temperature path, CO profile and flame dimension.
The analysis has been performed in steady state, turbulent, reactive and radiative state; buoyancy effect has been considered.
