Heater heat distribution
We have run a simulation on a field application furnace with 12 burners (4 bottom floor and 8 radiant type) to determine output velocity, pressure drop, heat flux and temperature path as well as interaction among flames.
The analysis was performed in steady state, turbulent, reactive and radiative; buoyancy effect has been considered.
